Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns of gift purchases, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details, including:

• Date of return (if applicable)
